DA77n Series

The use of a constant-bleed regulator improves pressure stability.

From low viscosity materials such as water to high viscosity materials, the dosing setting is possible from 0.0001cc/shot to any large amount.

In combination with various barrels and metering valves, it can be used in a wide range of systems.

The 77N Series combines a 4-digit digital timer with a precision regulator for highly accurate dispensing. In addition, the type with a built-in vacuum mechanism can adjust the dripping of low-viscosity materials.

  • With a discharge input signal holding circuit.
  • Discharge end signal output is standard equipment.
  • The solenoid valve high-speed operation circuit enables stable discharge from a small amount.
――By adopting a stainless steel chassis, it is resistant to dirt such as adhesives and can be kept clean forever.
  • By adopting a 0.001 second digital quartz timer, the timer setting repeatability is good and stable setting time can be obtained.
  • You can check the set time by displaying the discharge time. In free mode, the discharge time can be measured by the stopwatch function.
  • By equipping the test switch, the dispenser alone can check and adjust the discharge even when it is embedded in a dedicated machine.
