Liquid Dripping Prevention Valve SV Series

This is a check valve that is connected to the tip of the barrel, fitting, tube, etc., and is used by setting the needle. The spring pressure inside prevents dripping and leakage of the material.
From low-viscosity materials such as water to medium-viscosity materials, liquid dripping can be prevented and stable discharge can be obtained.

Consistent dispensing can be achieved without fluid dripping for low viscosity such as water to middle viscosity fluid.
It is easy to install the valve onto the barrel and seal well.
It is suitable for dispensing volatile fluid (such as Organic Solvent) and the fluid contains volatile component (such as rubber bond).
It is easy to disassemble to clean.
Since the FFKM O-ring which excels in solvent resistance is used, it is suitable for many kinds of fluid.
Three types of spring pressure are available according to the fluid viscosity.
Five types of fitting, lure lock, R1/8 and M6 screw, Φ2, Φ4 barb are available for wide range of utility.
The standard material of wetted parts is SUS316. Black PTFE is also available which is suitable for anaerobic and UV material.
