Relief and Safety Valves

TRK Series

• Safety valve for medium-large capacity tanks.
• Three sizes are available, and you can choose according to the size and pressure of the tank.
• The large air flow path diameter allows the pressure to be released instantly.
• It can also be used for regulatory tanks such as “Class II pressure vessel” and “small pressure vessel”.
• Operation check (inspection) is easy because it has a handle for manual opening and closing. Since the handle is detachable, it can be removed and used except during inspection.

It is possible to set the desired releasing pressure as an option.
(It is also compatible with Second Class Pressure Vessels and Small Pressure Vessels.)

• Set pressure range: 0.02~0.99MPa (pressure tolerance: ±5% of set pressure, minimum ±0.025MPa)
• Set pressure unit: Set in 0.01MPa increments

TRS Series

• This is a relief valve for small ~ medium tanks.
• The body material is all stainless steel, so it is resistant to corrosion, and it is very suitable for clean environments such as the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
• Although it has a small body, it can exhaust high capacity.
• Since it can be opened and closed simply by pulling the hanging ring, making it easy to check (inspect) its operation.

It is possible to set the desired releasing pressure as an option.

• Set pressure range: 0.1~0.99MPa (pressure tolerance: ±5% of set pressure, minimum ±0.025MPa)
• Set pressure unit: Set in 0.01MPa increments

TR Series

• This is a relief valve for small tanks that has a larger diameter than the TRV.
• The body material of the gas contact part is made of stainless steel SUS316.
• FFKM is used as the sealing material, providing excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.
• Four types of set pressures are available as standard.

It is possible to set the desired releasing pressure as an option.

• Set pressure range: 0.1~0.99MPa
• Set pressure unit: Set in 0.01MPa increments

* The popping pressure is set at the time of manufacture.
Due to the effects of the adhesion of the O-ring due to aging, changes in the load of the spring, etc., the popping pressure may change.

TRV Series

• This is a relief valve for small tanks.
• There are two types of body materials: stainless steel SUS316 [S type], which has strong corrosion resistance, and low-cost brass [B type].
• As standard, we have a lineup of four types of set pressures.
• Since the installation size is R1/8, it possible to attach even to small diameter lids.

• Since the popping pressure can be changed, it can be used universally.
• The material of the gas contact part is stainless steel SUS316, and the sealing material is fluorocarbon, so it has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.

It is possible to set the desired releasing pressure as an option.

• Set pressure range: 0.02~0.99MPa
• Set pressure unit: Set in 0.01MPa increments
