This is a heater which helps the tube retain heat. It is used as a set with the temperature controller DT1000. When pressure feeding the liquid which has been heat retention in the tank to the valve, dispensing is possible at a constant temperature by further heat retaining of the intermediate tubing.
4 types of PFA tubes with outer diameters Φ6, Φ8, Φ10 and Φ12 can be used for the liquid feeding tube.
1. This tube heater is meant for heat retention and not for heating.
2. The maximum heater length is 2m. If you require it to be longer, please consult us.
3. The maximum tube diameter is Φ12. If you require a thicker tube, please consult us.
