UXY-3303 (Desktop Robot)

It is a multifunctional robot that can be incorporated into automatic lines as well as cell production systems.

High precision: The repeated positioning accuracy is as high as ±0.007mm.
Smooth movement: Microstep control makes it smooth operation with little vibration.
Linkage with a wide variety of external devices:
A simple sequencer is installed as standard, making it easy to add and link area sensors and indicator lights.
LAN port as standard:
It is also possible to connect to a PC to send and receive teaching data and manage the operation status of multiple units from a PC.
Vision system (optional):
Camera function is enhanced to meet micro-differentiated manufacturing operations. Vision systems can be easily deployed.
Interactive programming:
Instead of conventional one-sided instructions (input), the robot confirms the following settings from the robot to the worker for each input of the program.
Easy-to-understand program structure: It is easy to create and edit a program from scratch, and it is a configuration that makes it easy for those who take over to decipher the program.

Equipped with self-diagnosis function: The self-diagnosis function allows customers to identify malfunctioning parts, enabling speedy maintenance.
Automatic adjustment when replacing nozzles (optional): Using a needle adjuster, errors (individual differences) in the nozzle position can be corrected in three axes: X, Y, and Z.
